Recipes: Sugar Cookies 21/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt - Wisk together. Set aside. 1/2 cup butter (softened) and 1 cup sugar - cream together Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla and beat together. Add dry ingredients. Dough will be soft. Cover and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Make balls of dough (about 1 inch). Roll in pink sugar and place on greased cookie sheet. Use the bottom of a glass to flatten slightly. Bake at 375 for 10 -12 min until lightly golden on edges. Strawberry Cream Cheese Swirls Cut the crusts off of Canadian white bread. Roll the bread between 2 sheets of waxed paper to flatten. Spread bread with strawberry cream cheese. Roll up the bread and cut crosswise into 4 pieces. Top with sliced strawberry and serve.
